摘　　要：目的:制订并评价脊柱手术围手术期血糖管理路径在脊柱手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年6—8月在广西医科大学第一附属医院脊柱骨病外科行手术治疗的脊柱病患者132例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组66例。对照组实施常规护理,实验组采用脊柱手术围手术期血糖管理路径的服务模式进行干预。比较两组患者围手术期血糖变化、手术情况及并发症发生率。结果:实验组住院时间、切口感染率、切口延迟愈合率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组围手术期高血糖发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用脊柱手术围手术期血糖管理路径能及早发现血糖异常患者,有助于及时干预,降低术后并发症,缩短住院时间,促进术后康复。Objective:To evaluate the effect of perioperative blood glucose management application in patients who underwent spinal surgery.Methods:A total of 132 patients who underwent spinal surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to August 2017 were selected,and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 66 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional nursing care,and those in the experimental group received blood glucose management during spinal surgery.The perioperative blood glucose change,operation-related indexes and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospital days,incision infection rate,wound non-healing rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of perioperative hyperglycemia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blood glucose management pathway application in perioperative period of the spinal surgery can early identify patients with abnormal blood glucose,and the timely intervention can reduce postoperative complications,shorten hospital days and promote postoperative recovery.
