竞赛规则下竞技太极拳推手技法中“掤”的特质与作用分析

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、访谈法、实验法、定量分析法、逻辑分析法对在竞赛规则下太极拳推手技法中“掤”的特质和原理进行了实践分析。研究认为:竞赛规则是影响竞技太极拳推手技术发展的主要因素之一,规则的演进促进了传统太极拳推手由双人体会、揣摩太极拳劲法变化的徒手练习方式逐渐发展成为具有竞技性、观赏性、高强度的现代竞技体育项目;从理论层面上看,“掤”在太极拳推手中不仅是指某个技术动作,更是一种攻防意识和反应状态;从技术层面上看,“掤”是在两点接触控制外,第三点出现变化而形成的滚动的力,形成滚动力的要素与发力的方向和路线相关,从而达到破坏对手身体平衡的作用;利用试验方法阐述“掤”劲的原理、作用及延伸性,客观地反应太极拳技法背后的科学原理,为竞技太极拳推手技法在实际运用中的合理性提供理论依据。This study through the literature material method,interview method,experiment method,quantitative analysis,logic analysis of “Peng” in the rules of Taijiquan pusher technique characteristics and principles are analyzed in practice .Study holds that competition rules are one of the main factors that influence the development of competitive Taijiquan pusher technology,and the evolution of rules promotes the application of rationalization and standardization of technology.From the perspective of theory and practice,“Peng” in competitive Taijiquan twitter is not only a certain technical action,but also a state of offensive and defensive awareness and reaction.Its technical characteristics and practical effect are more obvious in the current rules.“Peng” is used to explain the principle,function and extensibility of “Peng” with experimental method,which can objectively reflect the scientific principle behind the strength of Taijiquan and has practical guiding significance for improving the effectiveness of training for practitioners of Taijiquan.
