摘  要:本文研究了含解淀粉芽孢杆菌LTBA02的复合微生物肥料中脂肪酶和淀粉酶的活性,以及对柑橘红蜘蛛的田间防治效果。结果表明,含解淀粉芽孢杆菌LTBA02的复合微生物肥料的脂肪酶活性和淀粉酶活性分别达到3.77、18.14 U/g,酶活力没有因肥料高盐环境而失活,仍具有较高的生物活性;施后1、3、7、20 d,含解淀粉芽孢杆菌LTBA02的复合微生物肥料100、150、200倍液处理都表现出很好的防治柑橘红蜘蛛的效果,都显著高于110 g/L乙螨唑悬浮剂4 400倍液处理和不添加解淀粉芽孢杆菌LTBA02的复合微生物肥料100倍液处理;含解淀粉芽孢杆菌LTBA02的复合微生物肥料200倍液处理喷后1 d防治效果达到90.28%,喷后20d防治效果达到了97.39%,表现出了良好的速效性和持效性。The activity of lipase and amylase in compound microbial fertilizer containing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens LTBA02 was measured,and the field control effect of the fertilizer on Panonychus citri McGregor was studied.The results showed that the lipase activity and amylase activity of the composite microbial fertilizer containing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens LTBA02 reached 3.77 U/g and 18.14 U/g,respectively.The enzyme activity was not inactivated due to the high salt environment of the fertilizer,and it still had a high biological activity.1,3,7,20 d after application,100,150,200 times solution of compound microbial fertilizer containing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens LTBA02 showed good effect of controlling Panonychus citri McGregor,which was significantly higher than 110 g/L etoxazole flowable agent 4 400 times treatment and 100 times solution treatment of the composite microbial fertilizer without adding Bacillus amyloliquefaciens LTBA02.The control effect of 200 times solution treatment of compound microbial fertilizer containing B.amyloliquefaciens LTBA02 reached 90.28% after spraying 1 d,the control effect of that reached 97.39% after spraying 20 days,showed good quick-acting and long-lasting effect.
