夏秋用家蚕杂交新组合皖·丰×夏·晖的性状及推广应用

摘　　要：本文阐述了强健性中系斑纹限性夏秋用家蚕品种521B、523B与本课题组保育并改良的日系品种524、526组配成的四元杂交组合皖·丰×夏·晖的性状特征及其饲养技术要点,并报告了该品种在安徽省金寨、岳西县和歙县示范推广饲养情况。该杂交组合具有体健好养、丝质优、繁育系数高的特点,可利用中系斑纹限性的表型,在幼虫五龄期准确鉴别雌雄,能有效降低蚕种繁育过程中的劳动强度,提高工效和蚕种的杂交率。Characteristics and feeding technology of silkworm quaternary hybrid combination Wan·Feng ×Xia·Hui for summer and autumn rearing matched by the speckle sex-limited Chinese strain silkworm varieties 521 B and 523 B and two Japanese strain silkworm varieties 524 and 526 conserved and improved in our laboratory were expounded.Moreover,the feeding condition of the quaternary hybrid combination in Jinzhai County,Yuexi County and She County of Anhui Province were reported.The new quaternary hybrid combination not only has strong vitality,excellent silk quality and high reproducti on efficiency,but also has the Chinese strain′s phenotype of sex-limited marking,which can be used to accurately identify the sex of silkworm larvae in the 5 th instar,and can effectively reduce the labor intensity,improve the working efficiency and the hybridization rate of silkworm eggs.
