摘  要:农业发展近年来一直备受社会各界广泛关注,农业科技成果转化是农业科技成果向生产力转化的关键步骤,是提升农业科技创新水平的核心力量。本文梳理了2011-2018年科技援疆中农业科技成果转化的发展现状,建立评价指标体系,采用层次分析法对当前科技援疆中农业科技成果转化的实施效果进行评价。结果显示,当前农业科技成果转化得分为81.1分,表明科技援疆中农业科技成果转化实施效果较好。同时,提出促进农业科技成果转化的对策建议,以期提高新疆农业科技创新能力。In recent years,agricultural development has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.The transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is the key step to transform agricultural scientific and technological achievements into productive forces and the core force to enhance the level of agricultural scientific and technological innovation.This paper expounded the present situation of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in Xinjiang aided by science and technology from 2011 to 2018,established an evaluation index system,and evaluated the implementation effect of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in Xinjiang aided by science and technology by using analytic hierarchy process.The results showed that the current score of agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation was 81.1,and the implementation effect was good.At the same time,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements were put forward,in order to improve Xinjiang′ s agricultural scientific and technological innovation ability.
