摘 要:在电火花线切割加工过程中,会产生逐个的放电点,而放电点位置分布的均匀程度会对加工表面质量产生比较明显的影响.本文通过理论分析验证电位差法检测的合理性,并选定最优的标定函数,根据理论分析搭建电火花线切割放电点位置检测系统.对采集得到的数据研究直接导致对放电点位置检测以及评价的好坏.通过采用小波变换原理,对采集的原始放电点数据进行了去除噪点处理,探究电火花线切割加工过程中在25 ml/min蒸汽水雾介质中、在15 ml/min蒸汽水雾介质中他们的放电点位置均匀性是如何进行变化的,采用该系统采集了水雾中线切割精加工的放电点,验证了系统的实用性.In the process of WEDM,discharge points are generated one by one during processing,and the uniformity of the position distribution of the discharge point has a significant influence on the quality of the machined surface.In this paper,the rationality of potential difference detection was verified by theoretical analysis,and the optimal calibration function was selected.According to the theoretical analysis,the position detection system of electric discharge line cutting discharge point was built.The research on the collected data directly led to the detection and evaluation of the position of the discharge point.By adopting the principle of wavelet transform,the collected original discharge point data were denoised,and the positional uniformity changes of the discharge points in 25 ml/min and 15 ml/min steam water mist medium during WEDM process were explored.The discharge points of WEDM finishing in water mist were collected by using this system,which verified the practicability of the system.
