摘　　要：饱和软土具有压缩性较高、液化程度较高、强度较低、稳定性较低等明显特点。针对某老地下人防工程报废回填处理后可能引起的地基沉降变形等工程地质问题,采用钻探、原位测试、室内分析试验、理论计算等手段对人防工程回填后的地基承载力和沉降变形进行预测评价。在此基础上,借鉴已有成果及经验,结合现场通道狭窄、上部为教学楼等现场实际情况,合理选择了劈裂注浆加固的处理方法,详细设计了注浆材料及注浆参数、压力注浆施工技术及封堵回填和效果检测,以期对类似工程条件的类似地基处理工作起到借鉴作用。The saturated soft soil has obvious characteristics of high compressibility,high liquefaction,low intensity and low stability.The paper analyzed engineering geological problems of foundation settlement and deformation due to the air-raid shelters scrap backfill.By means of drilling,in-situ testing,laboratory analysis test,theoretical calculation,the foundation bearing capacity and settlement deformation were forecast evaluated after the air-raid shelters scrap backfill.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of the channel narrowing and the teaching building,selected reasonable splitting grouting reinforcement,grouting materials,grouting parameters,construction technique,scrap backfill and effect test.The article has certain practical significance and reference value for the treatment of similar weak foundation.
