摘　　要："Seowon,Korean Neo-Confucian Academies"is a World Heritage Site consisting of a selection of nine seowon.They were founded in the Joseon Dynasty(15th to 19th century A.D.).The"Korean Neo-Confucian Academies"is the product of the exchange and mutual learning of ancient Asian civilizations,and also the embodiment of the spread and development of Confucian culture originating from China in the Asian cultural circle and integration with local culture.
