摘 要:利用模糊层次综合评价法对城市污水泵站服务效能进行综合评价。将城市污水泵站服务效能的影响因素进行层次化分析,建立了综合评价指标体系;利用一致矩阵法计算了各个综合评价指标的合成权重;利用模糊数学确定了综合评价指标的评语集及模糊综合评价集,依据加权平均原则,确定了各个指标的隶属函数。最终建立了城市污水泵站服务效能综合评价指标体系及其数学模型。The fuzzy level comprehensive evalution method is used to comprehensively evaluate the service efficiency of urban sewage pumping stations. The comprehensive evaluation index system was established by hierarchically analyzing the influencing factors of the service efficiency of urban sewage pumping stations. The composite weights of each comprehensive evaluation index were calculated by the uniform matrix method. The review set of comprehensive evaluation indica tors and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation set were determined by using fuzzy mathematics. According to the weighted average principle, the membership function of each indicator was deter mined. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation index system for urban sewage pumping station service efficiency and its model were established.
