摘  要:电解制氯系统运行过程中会产生钙镁沉淀物,故需要定时酸洗,酸洗废液一般都是委托处置或者加碱中和后达标排放,这样需要缴纳处置费用或浪费大量的酸和碱,处理成本较大,并且对环境造成了极大的危害。为了解决以上问题,通过技术调查、中试试验以及现场验证,确定了扩散渗析技术的可行性,并详细描述了该技术处理废酸的工艺流程、回收原理、经济成本等,用实际案例验证了扩散渗析对于大量废酸处置的技术优越性,最终实现了资源的再利用。Electrolysis chlorine system will produce calcium and magnesium precipitates during operation, so it needs regular acid cleaning. The acid cleaning waste liquid is generally commis sioned or discharged after alkali neutralization, so it is necessary to pay the disposal cost or waste a large amount of acid and alkali, and the treatment cost is large, and it has caused great harm to the environment. In order to solve the above problems, this paper determines the feasibility of diffusion dialysis technology through technical investigation, pilot-scale experiment and field verification, and describes in detail the process flow, recovery principle and economic cost of the technology for treating waste acid. The technical superiority of diffusion dialysis for disposal of a large number of waste acid is verified by practical cases, and finally the reuse of resources is realized.
