摘　　要：目的:总结主动脉窦瘤破裂的手术适应症、手术方法和预后。方法:回顾性分析2011年1月至2017年12月因主动脉窦瘤破裂于我院行外科手术治疗的130名患者资料。其中男性58例(44.62%),女性72例(55.38%),年龄32~75(52.72±13.87)岁。合并室间隔缺损55例(42.31%),合并主动脉瓣关闭不全39例(30%),合并房间隔缺损12例(9.23%),合并三尖瓣关闭不全8例(6.15%),合并二尖瓣关闭不全6例(4.62%),合并主动脉夹层1例(0.77%),合并其他心脏疾病9例(6.92%);破裂开口起源于右冠窦119例,起源于无冠窦11例。所有患者均在中低温体外循环下行手术治疗。结果:所有患者中,2例患者围术期死亡,余128例患者随访5个月至5年,术后心功能恢复至I-II级。结论:一旦发现主动脉窦瘤破裂,应积极予以治疗。Objective T o summarize the indications, surgical methods and prognosis of ruptured aneurysm of the sinus of Valsalva. Methods The data of 130 patients who underwent surgical treatment for ruptured aneurysm of the sinus of Valsalva in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. A m o n g them, 58 males(44.62%) and 72 females(55.38%) aged from 32 to 75(52.72± 13.87) years. There were 55 cases of ventricular septal defect (42.31%), 39 cases of aortic valve insufficiency ( 3 0 %), 12 cases of atrial septal defect (9.23%), 8 cases of tricuspid valve insufficiency (6.15%), 6 cases of mitral valve insufficiency (4.62%), 1 case of aortic dissection (0.77%) and 9 cases of other heart diseases (6.92%). T h e rupture opening originated from right coronary sinus in 119 cases and non-coronary sinus in 11 cases. All patients were treated with cardiopulmonary bypass ( C P B ) at moderate and low temperature. Results O f all the patients, 2 died during the perioperative period and the remaining 128 patients were followed up for 5 months to 5 years. Postoperative cardiac function recovered to level I-II. Conclusion O n c e aortic sinus tumor rupture is found, active treatment should be given.
