摘　　要：目的 探讨经心尖主动脉瓣置入术(transapical aortic valve implantation,TAVI)的手术配合及护理体会.方法 总结我院2018年6~12月共7例经心尖主动脉瓣置入术的手术护理配合过程,包括术前评估、物品器械准备、术中配合及应急预案.结果 7例患者均成功完成TAVI手术,手术时间110~180min,除1例需永久起搏器置入外,其余患者均未见明显并发症.结论 护士的手术配合与手术效果密切相关,要求参与TAVI手术的护士不仅需要掌握各种开胸手术器械设备的使用,还要熟悉介入手术所需仪器设备,熟悉两种手术的护理配合,了解具体手术步骤,针对术中可能发生的突发事情做好应急预案,以保证手术的顺利进行.Objective T o explore the cooperation and nursing experience of transapical aortic valve implantation (TAVI ) surgery. Methods The nursing cooperation of 7 cases who undergoing the TAVI surgery from June 2018 to December 2018 in our hospital were reviewed, including preoperative assessment, equipment preparation, intraoperative cooperation and emergency plan. Results T A V I surgery w a s successfully performed in all 7 patients, the operation time was 110-180 min. No complications were found in all patients except 1 who needed permanent pacemaker implantation. Conclusion Nurses should not only master the use of equipment for thoracotomy, but also familiar with the instruments for interventional surgery, knowing the nursing cooperation of both the two kinds operation and specific surgical procedures. Making emergency plan may ensure the safe of the operation.
