提高健康教育知晓率对缩短A型主动脉夹层患者术后普通病房平均住院日的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨提高健康教育知晓率对缩短A型主动脉夹层患者术后普通病房平均住院日的影响.方法 将2017年1~12月我院采用普通健康教育的44例A型主动脉夹层患者设定为对照组,将2018年1月至2019年3月采用提高健康教育知晓率的44例A型主动脉夹层患者设定为观察组,对比两组的普通病房平均住院日、普通病房术后肺感染发生率、普通病房术后伤口感染发生率、住院费用等医疗指标.结果 观察组普通病房平均住院日低于对照组(中位住院天数6.5天比7.0天)、普通病房术后肺感染发生率比对照组下降18.18%、住院费用比对照组节省14903.5元(P<0.05).结论 提高健康教育知晓率是缩短A型主动脉夹层患者术后普通病房平均住院日的有效方法.Objective To explore the effect of improving the awareness rate of health education on shortening the average hospitalization days in general wards of patients with type A aortic dissection. Methods 44 patients with type A aortic dissection who received general health education in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were set as control group. 44 patients with type A aortic dissection w h o received improving health education from January 2018 to March 2019 were set as observation group. The average hospitalization days, incidence of pulmonary infection after operation in general ward , incidence of wound infection after operation in general ward and medical indicators such as hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups. Results The average hospitalization days in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (median hospitalization days were 6.5 days vs. 7.0 days). The incidence of pulmonary infection in general ward in the observation group was 18.18% lower than that in control group. The cost of hospitalization of the observation group was 14903.5 yuan less than that of the control group (P < 0 . 0 5 ). Conclusion Improving the awareness rate of health education is an effective way to shorten the average length of hospital stay in general wards of patients with type A aortic dissection.
