摘　　要：针对某电厂锅炉离心式通风机支撑部位监测点异常振动问题,对其监测振动信号进行分析,最终定位为支撑滚动轴承故障:简要介绍了滚动故障振动机理及诊断思路,并详细介绍了此案例的诊断过程,为电厂辅机类滚动轴承故障诊断提供有价值的参考。Aiming at the abnormal vibration of monitoring points in the supporting parts of centrifugal fans in a power plant,the monitoring vibration signal is analyzed,and the fault point is located on the supporting rolling bearing at last.The vibration mechanism and diagnostic ideology of rolling bearing are introduced briefly,and the diagnostic process of the fault case in introduced in detail,which provides valuable reference for fault diagnosis of rolling bearing in power plants.
