分析在老年糖尿病患者护理中循证护理的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨在老年糖尿病患者护理中循证护理的应用价值。方法:收治老年糖尿病患者116 例,依据不同的就诊顺序分为两组,对照组施以常规护理,试验组施以循证护理,观察两组患者护理前与护理2 个月后的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h 血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的变化情况及两组患者的护理满意度情况。结果:试验组护理2 个月后各血糖水平显著降低,试验组临床护理满意度明显提升,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年糖尿病患者护理中循证护理的应用有较高的临床价值,不仅能降低患者的血糖水平,同时能够提升患者的临床护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:116 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different visiting order.The control group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing. The changes of fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial blood glucose(PBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)of the two groups were observed before and after nursing for 2 months.Results:After 2 months of nursing,the blood sugar level of the experimental group decreased significantly,and the clinical nursing satisfaction of the experimental group increased significantly,compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of elderly diabetic patients has high clinical value.It can not only reduce the blood sugar level of patients,but also improve the clinical nursing satisfaction of patients.
