从《周礼·太仆》看清华简《摄命》  

A Comparative Study of the Taipu Section of the Rite of Zhou and the Sheming Section in the Tsinghua Bamboo Slips

摘　　要：《周礼》所载太仆职事,主要包括正王之服位、赞王礼事、出入王之大命及掌诸侯之复逆等四个方面,其中包含有针对民间申冤这一特殊情况而制定的路鼓制度等。清华简《摄命》中摄的主要职事,亦包含出入王命、排解民间冤苦与处理周王的礼仪事务等三个方面。比较《摄命》与《周礼》,两者存在很大的一致性。《周礼》所载太仆的相关内容,为探讨《摄命》这一新出文献提供了十分重要的线索。从这个角度看,《书序》“穆王命伯冏为周太仆正,作《冏命》”说,不应轻易否定。The official duty of Taipu(太仆)recorded in The Rites of Zhou includes mainly four aspects:to supervise the outlook of the king who appeared in formal occasions,to assist the king in ritual activities,to dispatch the king’s orders and to accept the feedbacks,and to look after the reports from the vassals.In addition,Taipu is also the official in charge of the operation of the lugu(路鼓)system which aims at collecting common people’s legal appeals.The official She(摄)recorded in Sheming(《摄命》)section of the Tsinghua bamboo slips has the similar responsibilities.Such a similarity suggests that there might be connections between The Rite of Zhou and Sheming.
