摘 要:精准负荷控制系统配套通信系统是精准负荷控制系统的基础支撑系统,是精准切除可中断负荷的重要技术保障。文章以精准负荷控制系统配套通信系统的概况、策略为出发点,结合通信网现网网架结构及运行经验,深入分析通道组织原则,探讨多种组网方式的优劣,最终研究确定一种基于切负荷策略及通道组织原则的安全可靠的通信方式,实施后将为电网精准负荷控制系统配套通信系统提供坚强可靠的通信支撑,实现面向业务转变,有效改善营商环境,取得良好社会效益。The communication system of Shandong power grid precision load control system (hereinafter referred to as precision control communication system ) is the cornerstone of precision load control system and an important technical support for precise load shedding. Based on the general situation and strategy of precision load control system, combined with the structure of existing communication network and operation experience, this paper deeply analyzed the principles of channel organization, discussed the advantages and disadvantages of various networking mode and finally chose a reliable communication mode. After the implementation of the mode, it provides strong and reliable communication support for the precision load control system of Shandong power grid, realizes business-oriented transformation, improves the marketing environment effectively and achieves good social benefits.
