摘　　要：病态建筑综合症是指人在长期接触室内空气污染物后机体产生不适或疾病的一种症候群。该文在国内外文献回顾的基础上,分析病态建筑综合症的概念内涵和症状特征,探讨其诱发的影响因素及产生机制,阐述其诊断标准和评估工具,并基于已有的干预研究提出病态建筑综合症的防治方法。Sick building syndrome is a kind of discomfort or disease caused by long-term exposure to indoor air pollutants.On the basis of literature review at home and abroad,this paper analysed the concept and clinical characteristics of sick building syndrome,explored its influencing factors and mechanism,discussed its diagnostic criteria and evaluation tools.Based on the existing intervention research,the prevention and treatment methods of sick building syndrome were put forward.
