探究建筑工程专业工学结合课程体系的建设与完善

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,建筑行业的发展速度十分迅猛,市场发展前景广阔,越来越多的学生选择进入建筑工程专业就读,高职院校为满足建筑行业对相关人才的需求,决定对课程体系进行改革,以培养人才为目的,采用工学结合的方式建设专业和课程,让学生在接受学校专业教育的同时,接受企业的常规指导,建设"双师"结构师资队伍,让学生针对职业导向和岗位,实际进行课程学习和岗位培训,从而培养出建设行业的优秀人才。文章将探究建筑工程专业工学结合课程体系的建设与完善。With the development of society,the development speed of the construction industry is also very rapid,and the market has broad prospects for development.More and more students choose construction engineering.Higher vocational colleges decide to reform the curriculum to meet the needs of the construction industry.The system,with the aim of cultivating talents,adopts a combination of work and study to build majors and courses,allowing students to accept the school's professional guidance while accepting the company's regular guidance,building a" double-teacher" structure faculty,and allowing students to target career orientation and positions.Actually carry out course study and job training to cultivate outstanding talents in the construction industry.This paper will explore the construction and improvement of the work-study combination curriculum system in the major of construction engineering.
