大型商业综合体建筑全过程设计管理的实践与探索

摘　　要：随着我国经济的不断发展,人们的生活质量不断提高,国内很多地产企业加大对大型商业综合体的开发力度。商业综合体有着建筑群的巨大规模、多样功能、众多人数、复杂流线、与城市多层面多点衔接等特点,因此,大型商业综合体的设计和建设是比较复杂的。本文主要对当前我国很多大型商业综合体建筑设计管理进行分析,并且提出了一些实际管理方案。With the continuous development of China's economy,people's quality of life continues to improve,and many domestic real estate companies have increased their efforts in the development of large-scale commercial complexes.While enjoying efficient and convenient shopping and leisure,the commercial complex has the characteristics of large scale,diverse functions,numerous numbers, complex streamlines,and multiple connections with multiple layers of the city.Its design and construction are more complicated.This paper mainly analyzes the current architectural design management of many large commercial complexes in China,and puts forward some practical management plans.
