摘　　要：我国项目管理理论拥有相对完善、全面的管理机制,在地铁制造管理工作中发挥着至关重要的引导作用。本文对现代项目管理理论在地铁合同管理中的应用的实际程序进行了简单的介绍,以期为更多的业内人士提供有价值的参考。China's project management theory has a relatively complete and comprehensive management mechanism and plays a vital guiding role in the management of subway manufacturing.This paper gives a brief introduction to the application of modern project management theory in the practical procedures of metro contract management,and hopes to provide valuable reference for more people in the industry.
