摘  要:为有效预防滑动轴承的磨损失效,对滑动轴承的摩擦状态监测进行了研究。介绍了通过对电机电流信号进行经验模态分解、谱峭度分析,从而对滑动轴承摩擦状态进行监测的具体方法。同时介绍了油膜压降法试验原理,进行了油膜压降法试验,对试验结果进行了分析,并进行了镜像表面观察。通过对比确认,基于电机电流信号分析得到的滑动轴承摩擦情况与通过油膜压降法试验得到的结果基本一致,验证了基于电机电流信号进行滑动轴承摩擦状态监测的有效性。In order to effectively prevent the wearout failure of the sliding bearing, the friction state monitoring of the sliding bearing was studied. The specific method of monitoring the friction state of sliding bearings by EMD and spectral kurtosis analysis of the motor current signal was introduced. At the same time, with the introduction of testing principle of oil film pressure drop method, the oil film pressure drop method was tested and the test results were analyzed while conducting the mirror surface observation. By comparison, it is confirmed that the friction condition of the sliding bearing based on the motor current signal analysis is basically consistent with the result obtained by the oil film pressure drop test, so that the effectiveness of the friction state monitoring of the sliding bearing based on the motor current signal is verified.
