精准扶贫政策贫困户满意度影响因素研究——以苏北地区为例

摘　　要：本文通过问卷调查与实地走访相结合,以苏北五市16个江苏省级贫困县的贫困户为研究对象,对精准扶贫政策的满意度及其影响因素进行分析。研究结果显示,苏北地区贫困户对政府重视程度是比较满意的,对帮扶人员和精准扶贫政策的整体满意度较高,但对精准扶贫政策实施效果的满意度不高。致贫原因、贫困户年人均收入、年龄、学历、教育扶贫、金融扶贫、医疗救助、技术培训等是影响贫困户对精准扶贫政策满意度的影响因素,并基于以上结果对苏北地区扶贫开发工作提出对策建议。Through the combination of questionnaire survey and on-the-spot visit,this paper analyzes the satisfaction of the poverty-stricken households in 16 poverty-stricken counties in Jiangsu province and their influencing factors.The results show that the poor households in northern Jiangsu are more satisfied with the government,and the overall satisfaction of the support workers and the precise poverty alleviation policy is higher,but the satisfaction of the implementation of the precise poverty alleviation policy is not high;The causes of poverty,the per capita income of poor households,age,education,poverty alleviation,financial poverty alleviation,medical assistance,and technical training are the factors that influence the satisfaction of poor households in the preferential poverty alleviation policy.Based on the above results,the countermeasures and suggestions for poverty alleviation and development work in the northern Jiangsu region are proposed.
