摘　　要：项目管理是一种将专业理论知识、技能与实际相结合,并且通过采取一些特定的技术方法对开展实施的项目工程进行管理,以保证施工质量、提高项目完成效率的一种手段.论文通过分析、整理"三标一体化"管理体系的内涵,结合项目管理在发电企业项目中的应用,总结了"三标一体化"在发电企业具体开展项目建设中的实际影响和意义,并为企业健康发展提供参考借鉴.Project management is a method that combines professional theoretical knowledge,skills and practice,and manages the project carried out by adopting some specific technical methods,so as to ensure the quality of construction and improve the efficiency of project completion.By analyzing and sorting out the connotation of the"integration of three standards"management system and combining with the application of project management in power generation enterprise projects,this paper summarizes the actual impact and significance of the"integration of three standards"in the specific project construction of power generation enterprises,and provides reference for the healthy development of enterprises.
