摘  要:硼毒害对植物的生长会造成不良的影响,该实验以星星草为实验材料,研究硫化氢对硼毒害下星星草幼苗体内酶活性的影响。实验结果表明:250mg/L硼毒害会使星星草幼苗体内的SOD、POD活性升高,硫化氢处理硼毒害星星草幼苗可以使其SOD、POD活性降低,说明硫化氢对硼毒害下星星草幼苗SOD、POD酶活性有一定的缓解作用。Boron toxicity may have adverse effects on plant growth.In this experiment,Xingcao grass was used as experimental material to study the effect of hydrogen sulfide on the enzyme activity of P.sinensis seedlings under boron toxicity.The results showed that the toxicity of 250 mg/L boron increased the activity of SOD and POD in the seedlings of P.striata,and the activity of SOD and POD decreased by hydrogen sulfide treatment of boron poisoning seed grass seedlings,indicating that hydrogen sulfide is harmful to boron under the stars.The activity of SOD and POD in seedlings has a certain alleviation effect.
