基于关联规则对高血压方药组成规律的文献研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临床治疗高血压的方药组成规律。方法利用中国知网(CNKI)数据库、万方数据库检索2014年1月—2019年4月中医药治疗高血压文献,共183首,运用“中医传承辅助系统”对该文献方药组成进行数据挖掘,挖掘方法包括药物出现频次统计、四气及五味分布、归经、药物组合关联规则分析。结果183首方剂中共涉及中药170味,其中使用频次超过17次以上的药物共计40味;四气分布以寒、平、温性药物为主;五味中甘、苦、辛味占比较大;归经统计中,归肝经的药物频率最高、肾经其次;当支持度为30的条件下,共得到药对47个;在置信度=1的条件下,共得到2个药物组合。结论临床上高血压的主要病机以肝阳偏亢、肝肾不足为主,兼有部分血瘀、痰饮等病理因素,因此治疗上应当在补肾清肝的基础上,增加利水渗湿、活血化瘀等治法。Objective To explore the composition rules of prescription for the treatment of hypertension.Methods One hundred and eighty-three Chinese medicine treatment literature about tradition of essential hypertension in CNKI,WanFang Data since January 2014 to February 2017 were retrieved,of which the medicine composition data was mined by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,and the method included prescription drugs frequency statistics,four nature of drugs,five flavors,channel tropism distribution,association rules analysis.Results Through analyzing 183 prescriptions of hypertension,170 ingredients were involved,40 ingredients drugs were used over 17 times.The distribution of the four nature was dominated by cold,flat,and warm drugs.Sweet,pungent,and bitter drugs had significantly higher percentages in five flavors.Liver meridian was the most one,kidney meridian was the next one.Forty-seven herb pairs were obtained when the support was 30.Under the condition of confidence was equal to 1,two combinations were obtained.Conclusion The main pathogenesis of hypertension is mainly partial hyperactivity of liver Yang,liver and kidney deficiency,and some pathological factors such as blood stasis and phlegm decoction.The treatment methods of clearing damp and promoting diuresis,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis should be increased on the basis of nourishing kidney and clearing liver.
