摘 要:目的应用经胸超声心动图动态观察不同时间点异丙酚对自然衰老大鼠心脏功能的影响。方法选取自然衰竭大鼠24只,随机分为异丙酚30mg/(kg·h)组(A组)、45mg/(kg·h)组(B组)、60mg/(kg·h)组(C组)及75mg/(kg·h)组(D组)共4组,每组各6只。每组又分为4个时间点(给药前及给药20、30、40min),于各时间点观察各组心脏功能参数并对其进行比较。结果各组给药前心脏功能参数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着药物剂量的增加,以及给药时间的延迟,各超声心动图参数出现降低趋势,除EDD和ESD外,给药30、40min时各超声心动图参数与给药前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。给药30、40min时,仅D组LVEF和FS比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异丙酚可引起自然衰老大鼠心脏功能参数降低,且随着时间、剂量及累计浓度的增加而呈减低趋势。Objective To observe the effect of propofol on heart function in aging rats by transthoracic echocardiography.Methods 24 natural failure rats were selected and random divided into propofol 30 mg/(kg·h)group(group A),45 mg/(kg·h)group(group B),60 mg/(kg·h)group(group C)and 75 mg/(kg·h)group(group D),6 in each group.Each group was divided into 4 time points(before administration,and 20,30,40 min after administration),and each group of cardiac function parameters were observed and compared at each time point.Results There were no significant differences in cardiac function parameters before administration in the every groups.With the increase of the drug dose and the delay of the time of administration,the echocardiographic parameters showed a downward trend.Except for EDD and ESD,the echocardiographic parameters at 30,40 min after administration showed statistically significant differences from the before administration(P<0.05).At 30,40 min,only LVEF and FS of group D were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Propofol can reduce the parameters of heart function in aging rats and decrease significantly with the increase of time,dose and cumulative concentration.
