摘 要:以土壤整段标本制作过程为主线,通过在不同专业相关课程中多年应用,总结了其在课程教学与实践中的效果。结果表明:把土壤整段标本制作过程运用在土壤学等课程的教学实习过程中,对培养学生对相关课程的学习兴趣有较大的促进作用,在锻炼学生对知识的综合应用,在实践中分析问题、解决问题及动手能力等方面效果显著,并在拓展学生的综合素质等方面也有积极作用。特别在标本整理与展示后期,可以结合互联网为学生提供展示特长的平台,为课程教学在培养应用技能型人才的过程中探索课程开发的内容与方法提供参考。Taking the whole process of soil preparation as the main line,we summarized its effects in the course teaching and practice through many years of application in different professional related courses.The results showed that the whole process of soil preparation is applied to the teaching practice process of soil science and other courses,which has a great role in cultivating students’interest in related courses.In the exercise of students’comprehensive application of knowledge,there are significant effects in analyzing problems,solving problems and hands-on ability,and also playing an active role in expanding the overall quality of students.Especially in the later stage of specimen preparation and display,it can be combined with the Internet to provide students with a platform to display their expertise,and provide reference for the content and methods of curriculum development in the process of training applied skill-based talents.
