单剂磷霉素氨丁三醇散治疗女性单纯膀胱炎的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的比较单剂磷霉素氨丁三醇散与传统3d疗法(磷霉素氨丁三醇散、头孢克洛、左氧氟沙星)对女性单纯膀胱炎患者的治疗效果。方法选择2017年9月至2019年1月在北京大学第一医院门诊就诊的女性单纯膀胱炎患者共212例,随机分成4组,每组53例。A组口服单剂磷霉素氨丁三醇散,B组口服3d磷霉素氨丁三醇散,C组口服3d头孢克洛,D组口服3d左氧氟沙星治疗。将4组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、患者满意率进行统计及比较。结果A组患者治疗总有效率与B组相当,但显著优于另2组;A组患者不良反应发生率显著低于B组,与C组、D组间比较差异无统计学意义;A组患者满意率显著优于其他3组,差异具有统计学意义。结论单剂磷霉素氨丁三醇散对女性单纯膀胱炎患者治疗效果良好,且不良反应少、患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the efficacy of single-dose fosfomycin trometamol(FMT)with the traditional 3-day therapy(FMT,cefaclor and levofloxacin)in the treatment of female simple cystitis.Methods A total of 212 female patients with simple cystitis treated during Sept.2017 and Jan.2019 were randomly divided into group A,B,C and D,with 53 cases in each group.Group A received single-dose FMT;group B received 3-day therapy of FMT;group C received 3-day therapy of cefaclor;group D received 3-day therapy of levofloxacin.The total effective rate,incidence rate of adverse reactions and patients’satisfaction rate were compared among the 4 groups.Results The effective rate was comparable in group A and B,but was significantly higher than in group C and D.The incidence rate of adverse reactions was statistically lower in group A than in group B,but there was no statistical difference among group A,C and D.The patients’satisfaction rate was significantly higher in group A than in the other groups.Conclusion Thanks to the high efficacy and satisfaction rate,and well-tolerated adverse reactions,single-dose FMT is worthy to be popularized in the treatment of female simple cystitis.
