摘  要:游泳训练是当前海军院校教育训练转型中重要改革内容之一,它的改革不仅是提高学员综合素质的需要,而且是加强海上技能素质培训的必然要求。但是相对来说这项运动也是一项较为危险的运动,初学者往往内心深处就对游泳有着一定的抗拒,进而影响该项教学任务的开展与实施。另外,游泳项目也是对体能以及游泳技巧的考验,对于学员本身的素质有着一定的要求。因此适当的引入情绪教学法,使学员能够保持稳定的心理状态,发挥出稳定的实力。Swimming training is one of the important reforms in the transformation of education and training in current naval colleges,which is not only the demand of promoting the integrated quality of students,but also a requirement of enhancing skill quality training on the sea.However,this sport is also a relatively dangerous sport,so beginners often have some inner resistance for swimming,and then affect the development and implementation of the teaching task.In addition,swimming events are also tests of physical fitness and swimming skills,and there are certain requirements for the quality of students themselves.Therefore,the appropriate introduction of emotional teaching methods could help students to maintain a stable psychological state,and perform steadily.
