摘  要:大脑是人体内功能最复杂、结构最精细的器官。脑内的化学物质种类众多,含量迥异,分布不一,对这些重要分子进行分析表征一直颇具挑战性。质谱成像是一种具有高灵敏、免标记、化学专一性且可同时监测多种分子空间分布的新兴成像技术。质谱成像已广泛应用于神经退行性疾病、中枢神经肿瘤及脑中药代动力学的研究。本文简要介绍了质谱成像方法的基本原理和重要技术进展,并着重讨论了近年来质谱成像在上述脑神经科学领域中的代表性应用。Brain is the central organ of the human nervous system with complex functionality and complicated structure.The chemicals in brain play important roles in metabolism and signal transduction.It is a challenge for scientists to characterize and analyze these chemicals due to their diversity in chemical property and concentration.Mass spectrometry imaging as a new technique is able to screen the spatial distribution of various molecules simultaneously without labeling and has been broadly applied in the study of neurodegenerative disease,brain tumor and pharmacokinetic in brain.This review introduces the principle and new technique of mass spectrometry imaging,and focuses on its typical applications in neuroscience published in recent years.
