从伏毒论治过敏性鼻炎

摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎是临床的常见病、多发病,属中医学“鼻鼽”辨证范围。中医伏毒理论隶属伏邪范畴,伏毒的病因病机和致病特点不仅在一定程度上与过敏性鼻炎的发病机制有其相似性,且过敏性鼻炎的基本病因为风、湿、热等毒邪内伏人体,若机体禀赋不足,每因易感新邪而引动体内“伏毒”,使伏毒外发累及四肢百骸而发病。本文以伏毒理论为出发点,从病因病机、致病特点和治则治法3个方面阐述伏毒与过敏性鼻炎的关系,以期为临床治疗过敏性鼻炎提供一定的思路。Allergic rhinitis is a common disease in clinic,which belongs to the syndrome differentiation category of“bi qiu”of TCM.TCM latent toxicity theory belongs to pathogenic category.Pathogenesis and pathogenic characteristics of latent toxicity are similar to the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis to certain extent.The basic cause of allergic rhinitis is wind,dampness and heat lurking in the body,with innate deficiency.Latent toxicity in body is triggered when pathogenesis gets into body,and the latent toxicity gets outside to the limbs.Starting from latent toxicity theory,this article expounded the relationship between latent toxicity and allergic rhinitis from the three aspects of pathogenesis,pathogenic characteristics,and treatment,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis.
