基于“阳虚阴结”思想刍议温阳法治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎

摘　　要：本文介绍温阳法治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎思路和经验,认为肉芽肿性乳腺炎病机为阳虚阴结。遵《内经》“阳化气,阴成形”之旨,谨守病机,审因论治,把“益火之源以消阴翳”作为治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的理论依据,由此提出“温阳化气”是其治疗总纲。在临床实践中,总以温阳化气为先,温阳抑阴,促阳化气,使“阳化气”功能得到正常发挥,同时审详病程阶段、证候虚实,灵活综合运用温阳清热解毒、温阳化痰散结、温阳行气活血等法,方可提高临床疗效。This article introduced the thought and experience of Warming Yang Method in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis,and believed that the pathogenesis of granulomatous mastitis is yang deficiency and yin stagnation.Adhere to the tenor of“yang transforming qi,yin constituting the body”in Nei Jing and the pathogenesis of the disease,determining treatment according to the cause of the disease,and taking“the benefit of fire source,the elimination of yin”as the theoretical basis for the treatment of granulomatous mastitis,this article put forward“warming yang and transforming qi”is the general principle.In clinical practice,warming yang and transforming qi is in the first place,warming yang and prohibiting yin,and promoting yang qi can enhance the function of transforming qi.At the same time,the stage of the disease and the deficiency and excess of the syndrome are examined,and the clinical efficacy can be improved by using the methods of warming yang,clearing heat and detoxifying,warming yang and removing phlegm,warming yang and activating blood and so on.
