摘　　要：本文总结李配富老中医论治消化系统肿瘤经验。李老认为,正气不足在消化系肿瘤发病中起决定作用,瘀血、痰浊、火毒、阴寒、癌毒为主的邪气内聚是发病诱因,病位在中焦脾胃,与肝、胆、肠、肾有关,晚期出现心肺异常,为本虚标实之证;辨证应先别寒热、虚实,分期治疗,强调“有是证便是方,有是症便是药”,以调肝脾、降胃气、和气血为主,化瘀祛痰、解毒抗癌、酌加虫类药为辅;主张早诊早治,中西医结合诊疗。This paper summarized senior TCM doctor LI Peifu's experience in treating digestive system tumors.Professor LI considers that deficiency of vital qi plays a decisive role in the pathogenesis of digestive system tumors,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity,fire toxin,yin cold and cancer toxin are the main pathogenic factors,and the location of the disease is in the spleen and stomach of Middle-jiao,which is related to liver,gallbladder,intestine and kidney.Cardiopulmonary abnormalities may occur later,which is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.TCM syndrome differentiation should first distinguish cold and heat,deficiency and excess,and then treat in stages.He focuses on“Prescriptions should be given based on syndromes,medicine should be given based on symptoms”,regulating liver and spleen,lowering stomach qi,harmonizing qi and blood,removing blood stasis and phlegm,detoxifying and anticancer,and adding insect medicine as supplement.He also advocates early diagnosis and treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment.
