含毒性中药饮片的儿科门诊处方分析

摘　　要：目的了解苏州市中医医院(以下简称“本院”)儿科毒性中药饮片的使用情况,为临床安全合理使用毒性中药饮片提供数据参考。方法回顾性调查2017年1-6月本院儿科门诊含毒性中药饮片处方,统计分析患儿性别、年龄、诊断和毒性中药使用情况。结果2017年1-6月本院儿科门诊共计7649张中药处方,含毒性中药处方5470张(71.51%)。涉及毒性中药共12种,使用频数前3位是燀苦杏仁、炒苍耳子和全蝎。按年龄换算,超量使用毒性中药处方数为2448张,占含毒性中药处方总数44.75%。使用1味毒性中药的处方共4811张,联用2味以上毒性中药处方数为659张,占含毒性中药处方总数的12.05%。结论本院儿科超量使用毒性中药饮片问题应引起重视,需加强管理。Objective To study the utilization of TCM decoction pieces with toxic Chinese materia medica in pediatric outpatients of Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”);To provide data references for safe and rational use of TCM decoction pieces with toxic Chinese materia medica.Methods A retrospective investigation was made for the prescriptions containing TCM decoction pieces with toxic Chinese materia medica in outpatient department of pediatrics from January to June in 2017.The information of sex,age,diagnosis and usage of TCM decoction pieces with toxic Chinese materia medica was collected and analyzed.Results A total of 5470 prescriptions containing toxic Chinese materia medica in outpatient department of pediatrics were extracted,accounted for 71.51%.There were 12 kinds of toxic Chinese materia medica in the prescriptions,and the top 3 of frequency used were fried Armeniacae Semen Amarum,fried Xanthii Fructus and Scorpio.If converted by age,the number of prescriptions for excessive use of toxic Chinese materia medica was 2448,accounted for 44.75%of the total number of prescriptions with toxic Chinese materia medica.There were 4811 prescriptions used one kind of toxic Chinese materia medica,and the number of prescriptions with 2 or more kinds of toxic Chinese materia medica was 659,accounting for 12.05%of prescriptions with toxic Chinese materia medica.Conclusion The excessive use of TCM decoction pieces with toxic Chinese materia medica in pediatrics should be paid more attention,and the management should be strengthened.
