摘 要:利用结渣性测定仪对陕北地区的3种煤样及不同比例混合后混煤的结渣性进行测定,利用X射线衍射分析对混煤煤灰的矿物组成进行分析,并考察了空气流量及混合比例对结渣率的影响。研究结果表明,易结渣煤与结渣严重的煤混合可以显著降低易结渣煤的结渣率。同单种煤的结渣特性一样,混煤的结渣率不仅取决于煤灰组成,同样与燃烧的外部条件有关。The slagging ability of three coal samples and mixed coal with different proportions in Northern Shaanxi was determined by slagging tester,and the mineral composition of mixed coal ashes were analyzed by X-ray diffraction analysis,and the influence of air flow rate and mixing ratio on slagging rate was investigated.The results showed that the slagging rate of easily slagged coal can be significantly reduced by being mixed with heavily slagged coal.Like the slagging characteristics of single coal sample,the slagging rate of mixed coal depends not only on the composition of coal ash,but also on the external conditions of combustion.
