摘 要:线粒体异常是卵子老化的重要原因。线粒体移植技术有望成为改善卵子质量和胚胎发育潜能及提高辅助生殖助孕成功率的新方法。本文就线粒体与卵子质量的关系、线粒体移植在辅助生殖领域的发展历史及其可能的作用机制等方面进行综述。Mitochondrial abnormality is the main cause of oocyte aging.Mitochondrial transfer technology is expected to be a novel treatment to improve the oocyte quality and the potential of embryo development,as well as increase the pregnancy rate of assisted reproductive technology.This paper reviews the relationship between mitochondria and the quality of oocyte,the development history of mitochondrial transfer treatment in the field of assisted reproduction and its possible mechanisms of improving the quality of oocyte.
