摘 要:在直流电源激励下,利用大气压等离子体刷产生了脉冲形式的均匀氩气放电等离子体羽.结果表明,等离子体羽成片状,且随着氩气流量的增加,片状等离子体羽的长度增加.利用该氩气等离子体刷,对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)表面改性进行了研究.发现经过等离子体刷一次扫描之后,可在宽度为24.0 mm的范围内改善PET表面的亲水性.进一步的研究结果表明,样品表面的水接触角随着气体流速的增加而减小,最终达到一个几乎不变的值.在扫描电镜下,观察到改性后的PET表面出现了含氧极性基团.并且,含氧极性基团的数量和尺度随着气体流速的增加而增大.这些研究结果对于大气压等离子体刷在等离子体表面改性方面的应用研究具有重要意义.With blowing argon,a uniform planar plume with pulsed discharges is generated in ambient air at atmospheric pressure through a plasma brush excited by a direct current power supply.Results indicate that the core of the planar plume is very uniform,while its two edges are much brighter than the core region.Meanwhile,the length of the argon plume increases with increased gas flow rate.This argon brush is then used to improve hydrophilicity of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)surface.After a single scan of the plasma brush on the PET surface,a uniform surface modification is achieved with an improved hydrophilic width of about 24.0 mm.The polar groups are contained in oxidized materials,which are observed by scanning electron microscopy.Moreover,these polar groups have increased number density and scale with increasing the gas flow rate.Furthermore,water contact angle is found to decrease with increasing the gas flow rates until it reaches an almost constant value.
