摘  要:普通检测系统存在绝缘电阻率下降趋势快、绝缘击穿量大等问题,造成严重的绝缘子劣化现象。为解决此问题,设计无人机定位下的新型绝缘子劣化状态检测系统。在模块检测电路中,促进无人机定位传感器、绝缘子劣化数据处理模块间定向传输的快速连接,完成新型状态检测系统的硬件运行环境搭建。利用完成定点识别的待检测劣化绝缘子,对检测状态协议进行配置支撑调试,再将所有处理数据在满足传输需求的前提下,输出至关联数据库进行长久存储,至此完成新型状态检测系统的软件运行环境搭建,结合软硬件运行模块,实现无人机定位下绝缘子劣化状态检测系统的应用。对比实验结果表明,与普通检测系统相比,应用无人机定位下的新型绝缘子劣化状态检测系统后,绝缘电阻率下降速度得到有效控制,单位时间内绝缘击穿量的最大值仅能达到5.39×10~7T。There are some problems in common detection system,such as fast decreasing trend of insulation resistivity and large amount of insulation breakdown,which cause serious deterioration of insulators. To solve this problem,a new insulator deterioration state detection system is designed under the positioning of UAV. In the module detection circuit,the fast connection between UAV positioning sensor and insulator deterioration data processing module is promoted,and the hardware operation environment of the new state detection system is built. Using deteriorated insulators to be detected to complete fixed-point identification,configuration support debugging of the detection status protocol is carried out,and then all the processed data are exported to the associated database for long-term storage on the premise of meeting the transmission requirements,so as to complete the construction of the software operating environment of the new state detection system,combined with the software and hardware operating model. The application of the insulator deterioration detection system under UAV positioning is realized. The experimental results show that,compared with the common detection system, the speed of insulation resistivity decline is effectively controlled by using the new type of insulator deterioration detection system positioned by UAV,and the maximum value of insulation breakdown per unit time can only reach 5.39 *10^7T.
