摘  要:传统的避雷器冲击电流泄漏实时监测系统在对10-220 kV避雷器的泄漏电流进行监控时,稳定性差,难以在第一时间内发现问题。为了解决上述问题,在传统系统基础上设计了一种新的避雷器冲击电流泄漏实时监测系统,选用RS485总线作为硬件连接线,在连接线上方扩展出了3个直线网络,以星型拓扑结构分布,通过电源、通讯器、存储器和时钟组成监控系统的采集模块,选用TL16C554异步通讯组件构建了通讯模块。通过数据监听、状态判断、数据采样、信息处理、异常信息存储以及信息发送设计软件程序。为检测设计的实时监测系统工作效果,与传统监控系统进行对比实验,结果表明,研究的监测系统在进行监测工作时,稳定性好,能够及时发现泄露电流,分析泄露电流性质,向工作人员提供有效的解决方案。The traditional lightning arrester current leakage monitoring system monitors the leakage current of 10-220kv arrester with poor stability and it is difficult to find the problem in the first time. In order to solve the above problems,a new real- time monitoring system for surge current leakage of lightning arrester is designed on the basis of traditional system. RS485 bus is selected as the hardware connection line,and three linear networks are extended above the connection line to distribute in star topology. The acquisition module of the monitoring system is composed of power supply,communication device, memory and clock, and the communication module is constructed by using TL16C554 asynchronous communication component. Design software programs through data monitoring,status determination,data sampling,information processing,exception information storage,and information transmission. In order to detect the working effect of the designed real- time monitoring system,the comparison experiment with the traditional monitoring system shows that the research monitoring system has good stability when monitoring work,can find the leakage current in time,analyze the leakage current property,and provide the staff with the An effective solution.
