摘 要:针对现场测量微电阻的需求,本文从传统二线法测量电阻方法出发,对传统四线法测量进行了改进。通过对后端电路的参数设置,使电压测量引线上电阻为零,从而避免了微电阻测量中电阻两端引线电阻对测量结果的影响,提高了测量的准确性。并通过该电路测量结果与WAVETAK牌1281型数字繁用表测量结果进行对比,在结果精确到0.1毫欧时,选用的测试导线电阻的最大绝对误差仅为0.8毫欧,证明了该设计在测量精度上满足了使用要求,可以在火箭发动机试验现场的微电阻测量中应用。In view of the demand for on-site measurement of micro-resistance,this paper starts from the traditional two- wire method to measure resistance and improves the traditional four- wire method. Through the parameter setting of the back-end circuit,the resistance on the voltage measuring lead is zero,thereby avoiding the influence of the lead resistance at both ends of the resistance in the microresistance measurement on the measurement result,and improving the measurement accuracy. And the measurement result of this circuit is compared with the measurement result of WAVETAK brand 1281 digital multimeter. When the result is accurate to 0.1 milliohm,the maximum absolute error of the selected test lead resistance is only 0.8 milliohm,which proves that the design is measuring. The accuracy meets the requirements for use and can be applied to the micro-resistance measurement at the rocket engine test site.
