摘 要:IgE为经典过敏反应中抗原与主要效应细胞即肥大细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞结合的桥梁。当IgE与FcεRⅠ结合时,效应细胞上的IgEFc受体及少量抗原便足以触发信号通路活化,引起效应细胞脱颗粒。过敏反应不仅受IgE单独调节,也受跨膜、可溶性IgE受体及一些共受体组成的复杂蛋白网络的调控。IgE不仅参与过敏性疾病,还与自身免疫病等多种疾病存在密切联系,其中针对自身抗原的IgE型自身抗体的作用机制备受关注。本文我们聚焦新近发现的IgE的生物学功能、IgE及其受体细胞在疾病中的作用及相关疾病的诊疗方法。Immunoglobulin E(IgE)is a bridge between antigen and effector,mast cells and basophils in classical allergic reaction.When IgE binds to the IgE Fc receptor FcεRⅠ,a few antigens are sufficient to trigger the activation of the signaling pathway and induce the degranulation of the effector cells.Allergic reactions are not only regulated by IgE alone,but also by complex protein networks composed of transmembrane,soluble IgE receptors and some co-receptors.IgE is not only involved in allergic diseases,but also closely related to certain autoimmune diseases.The mechanism of IgE autoantibodies against autoantigen has attracted much attention.This article focuses on the newly discovered biological functions of IgE,the role of IgE and its receptor in various diseases,and the methods for the diagnosis or treatment of related diseases.
