摘　　要：本文介绍了一种加氢装置紧急泄压限流孔板孔径的校核计算方法,采用该方法可验证测试孔板孔径是否可达到规定的泄压速率,并进一步计算实际需要的孔板孔径。A calculation method for checking the diameter of emergency pressure relief orifice in hydrogenation units is introduced. The calculation can verify whether the pressure relief rate through the orifice can reach specified value, and further modify the orifice diameter.
