摘 要:文章分析了影响制冷压缩机舌簧阀寿命的因素,以某型号滚动转子压缩机的排气阀片为研究对象,设计了一套适用于舌簧阀的加速疲劳实验装置,并基于无限寿命理论制定了实验方案;最后利用PROTO-iXRD型X射线衍射仪对实验前、后阀片特定位置进行残余应力测试;测试得出阀片根部位置压缩残余应力衰减最快,并对此进行了分析。该研究为舌簧阀制造工艺的改进提供了一定的依据。The factors affecting the life of reed valve of refrigeration compressor are analyzed.Taking an exhaust valve plate of a rolling rotor compressor as the object of study,a set of accelerated fatigue test device suitable for the reed valve is designed,and the experimental scheme is formulated based on the infinite life theory.Finally,PROTO-iXRD X-ray diffraction is used to test the residual stress on the specific position of the valve before and after the experiment,and the result that the reduction of the residual stress at the position of the root of the reed valve is the most serious is gotten and analyzed.It provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of the production process of the reed valve.
