摘  要:通过煅烧法将钼酸铵和MIL-101的混合物,制备了不同质量分数MoO3的MoO3/MIL-101催化剂,采用XRD,FT-IR,SEM,EDS,BET等技术对催化剂的结构和形貌进行表征。以MoO3/MIL-101为催化剂,乙腈作为萃取剂,H2O2为氧化剂氧化脱除模拟油中的二苯并噻吩(DBT)。考察了氧化钼的负载量、反应温度、氧硫比(O/S)、催化剂的用量和乙腈的用量以及不同硫化物对脱硫效果的影响。在最佳的反应条件下,催化剂对DBT,4,6-二甲基苯并噻吩(4,6-DMDBT),苯并噻吩(BT)的脱除率分别达到99%,84%和61.8%。催化剂循环使用4次后活性没有明显下降,并对氧化脱硫反应机理进行了探讨。MoO3 /MIL-101 catalysts with different mass fractions of MoO3 were prepared by calcination mixture of ammonium molybdate and MIL-101. XRD, FT-IR, SEM, EDS, BET were used to characterize its structures and morphology. The removal of dibenzothiophene (DBT) in model oil was studied by using MoO3 /MIL-101 as catalyst, acetonitrile as extraction agent and H2O2 as oxidant. Meanwhile, the influences of loading dose of MoO3 , reaction temperature, O/S, amount of catalysts, dose of acetonitrile, and the different sulfur on the desulfurization efficiency were investigated. Under the optimal reaction conditions, the desulfurization rate can reach to 99%, 84% and 61.8% for DBT, 4,6- dimethyl dibenzothiophene (4, 6-DMDBT) and thiophene (BT) in the model oil. The catalyst was reused 4 times without significant decrease in activity, and the oxidation desulfurization mechanism was studied.
