摘 要:依据索科洛夫提出的喷射器经验公式的计算方法,优化设计2种不同结构尺寸的喷射器,在此基础上搭建了用于测量喷射器性能的实验台,研究自然工质种类对喷射器性能的影响。当喷射器的背压为3.9MPa、工作流体温度为90℃、引射流体温度为30℃、工作流体压力的变化范围为8.0—10.0MPa,引射流体压力变化范围为2.4—3.0MPa时,对系统中喷射器喷射系数随工质种类(分别采用N2,CO2,R290)的变化规律进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:3种工质的喷射系数随工作流体压力和引射流体压力的升高而升高,并且在实验范围内以N2为工质的喷射器喷射系数最大。Based on the empirical formula calculation method of the ejector proposed by E.Я.Coкoлов, the ejectors of two different structural sizes were optimized, and the experimental platform for measuring the performance of the ejector was built, in order to study the effect of natural working fluid types on ejector performance. When the back pressure of the ejector was 3.9 MPa, the working fluid temperature was 90 ℃, the ejector fluid temperature was 30℃, the working fluid pressure variation ranged from 8.0 MPa to 10.0 MPa, and the ejector fluid pressure ranged from 2.4 MPa to 3.0 MPa, the ejection coefficient variation with the working fluid types (N2, CO2, and R290) was studied. The experimental results show that the ejection coefficient increases with the increasing of primary fluid inlet pressure and ejected fluid pressure. The ejection coefficient of N 2 is the best in the experimental range.
