摘  要:研究了石灰石和飞灰中的Al^3+和F^-的溶出特性及其对石灰石浆液pH和石灰石溶解性能的影响情况,进一步探究了不同因素下,氟铝络合物对石灰石浆液中毒的影响情况,结果显示浆液中的Al^3+是导致浆液pH值下降的主要原因;Al^3+或F^-单独存在时,对石灰石溶解即有一定的抑制作用,而当二者共存时抑制作用更为明显,特别是Al^3+与F^-的摩尔比为1∶2时,石灰石溶解速率最慢;氟铝络合物一方面会抑制石灰石的溶解,另一方面会覆盖在石灰石表面使其不能溶出具有碱性的CO^2- 3来中和吸收的SO2,使得浆液的pH值迅速下降,造成SO2脱除效率急剧降低;对于氟铝络合物毒化后的石灰石浆液来说,向其中加入固体NaOH可以促进氟铝络合物的溶解,从而解决浆液中毒问题。In this paper, the dissolution characteristics of Al^3+ and F^- in limestone and fly ash and their effects on limestone slurry pH and limestone dissolution properties were studied. The effects of fluoride aluminum complexes on limestone slurry poisoning under different factors were further investigated. The results show that Al^3+ in the slurry is the main reason for the decrease of the pH value of the slurry;when Al^3+ or F^- alone exists, it has a certain inhibitory effect on the dissolution of limestone, and the inhibition effect is more obvious when the two coexist, especially Al^3+ and When the molar ratio of F^- is 1∶2, the dissolution rate of limestone is the slowest;the fluoroaluminum complex inhibits the dissolution of limestone on the one hand, and covers the limestone surface on the other hand, so that it can not dissolve the alkaline CO^2- 3 to neutralize the absorbed SO2, so that the pH of the slurry drops rapidly, resulting in a sharp decrease in the SO2 removal efficiency;for the limestone slurry after the poisoning of the fluoroaluminum complex, the addition of solid NaOH can promote the complexation of the fluoroaluminum. Dissolve the substance to solve the problem of slurry poisoning.
