摘 要:为了解四川地方猪种质特性,试验测定了6个地方猪种成华猪、雅南猪、青峪猪、内江猪、丫杈猪和乌金猪2个体重梯度共360头商品猪的胴体性能。结果表明:在75 kg和90 kg两个体重梯度中,丫杈猪的屠宰率、肋骨数和瘦肉率均为最高,皮最薄,青峪猪瘦肉率最低;丫杈猪的屠宰率随体重增加显著提高(P<0.05),雅南猪和丫杈猪6~7肋背膘厚随体重增加而显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01);除乌金猪外,各猪种瘦肉率随体重增加而下降,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。In order to investigate the germplasm characteristics of local pig breeds of Sichuan Province, the carcass performances of six local pig breeds were analyzed. The results showed that slaughter rate, rib number, and lean percentage of Yacha pig were the highest at 75 and 90 kg, but skin of which was the thinnest. While lean percentage of Qingyu pig was the lowest. From 75 to 90 kg, the carcass performances of Yacha pig increased significantly (P<0.05), also the backfat thickness between 6-7 rib of Yanan and Yacha pig increased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01). The lean percentage of local pig breeds declined insignificantly (P>0.05) except Wujin pig.
