摘 要:为了研究17味藏药粗提取物对仔猪细菌性腹泻主要病原菌产肠毒素大肠埃希氏菌、猪霍乱沙门氏菌的体外抑菌试验效果,采用琼脂扩散法和试管二倍梯度稀释法,分别测定抑菌圈直径大小、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明:产肠毒素大肠埃希氏菌、猪霍乱沙门氏菌均对余甘子、诃子、多刺绿绒蒿、螃蟹甲4味药物敏感,4味藏药药物MIC分别为1.516mg/mL、6.065mg/mL、41.333mg/mL、94.302mg/mL。结论:4味藏药对产肠毒素大肠埃希氏菌和猪霍乱沙门氏菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中余甘子和诃子的作用最强,其次是多刺绿绒蒿,螃蟹甲抑菌效果较弱,为仔猪细菌性腹泻的中药防治提供理论基础。The bacteriostasis in vitro of 17 Tibetan medicine crude extracts to the pathogens of the bacterial diarrhea in piglets, enterotoxigenous E. coli and Salmonella choleraesuis, was tested with agar diffusion method and the tube double gradient dilution method. Results: Enterotoxigenous E. coli and Salmonella choleraesuis were sensitive to fructus phyllanthi, fructus terminaliae, Meconopsis horridula and phlomis younghusbandii, with the MIC at 1.516 mg/mL, 6.065 mg/mL, 41.333 mg/mL and 94.302 mg/mL, respectively. Conclusion: 4 Tibetan medicines showed inhibitory effects on enterotoxigenous E. coli and Salmonella choleraesuis, among of which fructus phyllanthi and fructus terminaliae had the highest potency, followed by Meconopsis horridula and phlomis younghusbandii. The results provided the theoretical basis for the prevention of bacterial diarrhea in piglets with Tibetan medicine.
