摘 要:为了研究炉料在高炉内的分布,根据鞍钢高炉布料溜槽的特点,建立了高炉布料数学模型,通过将鞍钢5^#高炉开炉时的料流轨迹和宽度测量数据与布料模型计算结果进行对比分析,对该模型进行了验证。In order to study the distribution situation of charged materials in BF, the mathematical model for burden distribution in BF was established according to the features of distribution chutes for BF in Ansteel. The model was verified by comparing the data on burden trajectory and width measure for No.5 BF during startup in Ansteel with the calculation results achieved by the mathematical model based on the analysis.
